Jesus attracts blessing

As a believer of the new covenant, you enjoy every blessing of God, not because of you but because of Jesus. Through Jesus, you were given a free passage to the Father in heaven (John 14,6).

The Spirit you received does not make you slaves, so that you live in fear again; rather, the Spirit you received brought about your adoption to sonship. And by him we cry, “Abba, Father.” The Spirit himself testifies with our spirit that we are God’s children. Now if we are children, then we are heirs—heirs of God and co-heirs with Christ, if indeed we share in his sufferings in order that we may also share in his glory. Romans 8,15-17

If you said yes to Jesus, you became a child of God. Now you are like Jesus a son or daughter of God and therefore a co-heir with Christ. God became your father and as His beloved child, you can come to Him anytime and let Him know whatever bothers you. God said about Jesus, that He is His beloved son with whom He is well pleased (Matthew 3,17). Since you are in Jesus, God says the same about you. You are His beloved child and He is well pleased with you.

All I have is yours, and all you have is mine. And glory has come to me through them. John 17,10

Everything that belongs to God, belongs to Jesus also. Jesus in you is like a magnet, that attracts every blessing of God. Therefore, Jesus is the only way to receive God’s blessings. You cannot earn these blessings, you can only let them be freely given to you. And God gives them generously to you (James 1,5). Jesus gave His life for you and me, so that we will come under God’s favour forever. To be under God’s favour means, to receive His unmerited grace and favouritism.

And you will again see the distinction between the righteous and the wicked, between those who serve God and those who do not. Malachi 3,18

Jesus makes all the difference. In Him, you became the righteousness of God (2. Corinthians 5,21). You are now one of the righteous.

Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the LORD for ever. Psalm 23,6

Jesus lives in you and attracts blessings. His mercy and grace will follow you wherever you go. Therefore, expect good things coming your way daily and remember, that because of Jesus you are under God’s favour.

Jesus zieht Segen an

Als Gläubiger im neuen Bund kommst du in den Genuss von allen Segnungen Gottes, nicht wegen dir, sondern wegen Jesus. Jesus hat den Weg zum Vater im Himmel frei gemacht (Johannes 14,6).

Denn ihr habt nicht einen knechtischen Geist empfangen, dass ihr euch abermals fürchten müsstet; sondern ihr habt einen kindlichen Geist empfangen, durch den wir rufen: Abba, lieber Vater! Der Geist selbst gibt Zeugnis unserm Geist, dass wir Gottes Kinder sind. Sind wir aber Kinder, so sind wir auch Erben, nämlich Gottes Erben und Miterben Christi, wenn wir denn mit ihm leiden, damit wir auch mit zur Herrlichkeit erhoben werden. Römer 8,15-17

Wenn du Jesus angenommen hast, bist du ein Kind Gottes. Nun bist du wie Jesus, Sohn oder Tochter von Gott und somit ein Miterbe Christi. Gott wurde zu deinem Vater und als Sein geliebtes Kind darfst du jederzeit zu Ihm kommen, mit allem was dich beschäftigt. Gott sagte über Jesus, dass Er Sein geliebter Sohn ist, an dem Er Wohlgefallen hat (Matthäus 3,17). Da du nun in Jesus bist, sagt Gott dasselbe über dich. Du bist Sein geliebtes Kind, an dem Er Wohlgefallen hat.

Und alles, was mein ist, das ist dein, und was dein ist, das ist mein; und ich bin in ihnen verherrlicht. Johannes 17,10

Alles was Gott gehört, gehört auch Jesus. Jesus in dir, wirkt wie ein Magnet, dass jeden Segen Gottes anzieht. Darum ist auch Jesus der einzige Weg, um die Segnungen Gottes zu erhalten. Du kannst dir die Segnungen nicht verdienen, du kannst sie dir nur schenken lassen. Und Gott gibt sie dir gerne (Jakobus 1,5). Jesus gab Sein Leben für dich und mich hin, damit wir für immer unter der Gunst Gottes stehen. Unter der Gunst Gottes zu stehen, bedeutet, Seine unverdiente Gnade und Bevorzugung zu erhalten.

Ihr werdet am Ende doch sehen, was für ein Unterschied ist zwischen dem Gerechten und dem Gottlosen, zwischen dem, der Gott dient, und dem, der ihm nicht dient. Maleachi 3,18

Jesus macht den entscheidenden Unterschied. In Ihm wurdest du zur Gerechtigkeit Gottes (2. Korinther 5,21). Du gehörst nun zu den Gerechten.

Nur Güte und Gnade werden mir folgen mein Leben lang, und ich werde bleiben im Haus des Herrn immerdar. Psalm 23,6

Jesus lebt in dir und zieht Segen an. Seine Güte und Seine Gnade werden dir überall hin folgen. Darum erwarte, dass dir täglich Gutes wiederfährt und erinnere dich daran, dass du wegen Jesus unter der Gunst Gottes stehst.
